Leaving behind a decade old relationship with graphic design, Joyce stumbled onto the teaching mat in 2017 after her 200HR Power Vinyasa training (Baptist Inspired). Her current style of teaching is honed by continuous trainings and courses. She has completed several courses such as 100HR Mindful Birth Pre & Postnatal, 10-Day Vipassana, Yoga Therapy, 50HR Tantric Hatha and Fertility Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids.

Through Yoga and Mindfulness, Joyce found connection, joy and ease of being.

It is such a privilege, and she wishes to share that connection of body, mind and spirit through her classes.

Joyce loves teaching Mindfulness, Vinyasa Flow, Stretch classes and has found a special passion and purpose in teaching Pregnancy Yoga. Joyce aspires to deliver what she loves; a class that connects beyond the physical body, and one that holds space for introspection and self-exploration.

Traveling, diving and yoga used to be where she escapes to after office hours. Since Joyce embarked onto this journey where work and leisure yolk as one, pleasure became simple. Beyond the mat(work) she values time spent with family, whipping up a craving for dinner, exploring a new playground with her toddler or blissing out on the floor with her cat.
