OHM Teacher

Chloe C

Chloe started practicing yoga as a respite from the stresses and humdrum of daily life – a little pocket of me-time when things got tough, or a mini-adventure to look forward to, beyond the typical Mon-Fri routine. She loved the feeling of walking into a beautiful studio, settling onto her mat, and spending an hour focused on her breath, her movement, and nothing else – no emails, no laundry, no distractions. She loved discovering new things about yoga – from exploring different types of asana practices to learning about the eight limbs – as well as about herself – both mind and body.

After practicing regularly for 3 years, Chloe completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Leigh Khoo in 2022. As a new yoga teacher, she is excited to share what she has learned from her training and her self-practice – to help busy city folks decompress, and also, hopefully, to bring a little bit of the mindfulness, patience, trust, and courage that they learn on the mat, with them off the mat.

Chloe loves to practice and teach Vinyasa and Yin Yang. She strongly believes yoga is for everyone, and, through her classes, hopes to provide her students with the space to learn and explore, to build strength and flexibility, while having fun. Never stop learning and playing!

“All grown-ups were once children… but only few of them remember it.” Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Off the mat, Chloe loves being in nature – hiking, cycling or just taking long walks – reading, and travelling.
