Pilates Matwork
Pilates Matwork uses techniques and concepts that are aimed at building core strength, stability and flexibility whilst emphasizing spinal health. Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing precise movement patterns and steady controlled breathing. Options are given for beginners to move in a non-intimidating environment with intermediate students.

Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is a class adapted to allow the body to move in a manner that creates mobility and connection. Transitions from one asana to the next are softer and slower in comparison to Vinyasa Flow or Hatha Flow. There are no headstands or arm balances in this class. Expect to feel invigorated, energized and rooted.

Hatha Basics
Hatha Basics is a gentler version of Hatha Flow. The practice focuses on basic alignment and postures (asanas) as practitioners are encouraged to move into static postures and to hold each asana to build awareness in breath and body. There are no headstands or arm balances in this class.

Hatha Flow

YIN

Yogalates
A hybrid class that encompasses the spine-centric nature of Pilates and the mindful flow of Yoga. Vinyasa Flow / Hatha Flow forms the fabric of this class where students move from one asana to the next through mindful breathing. The principles of Pilates create the texture of this fabric as classical Pilates moves are adapted and interspersed throughout the entire duration of this class. There is an element of Pilates core training towards the end of the class followed by savasana.

Mindful flow
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment, curiously, kindly, and without judgment, again and again.
Mindful flow is a combination of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. The practice starts with practitioners moving through sequences to connect, circulate and unblock stagnant energy. This cumulates to a guided mindfulness practice made approachable and fun with themes/topics to explore each week. There will be time and space to introspect with guided options to dive deeper.
