OHM Teacher

Pamela T

On and off the mat, Pamela strives to take one breath, one step, one day at a time.

Pamela’s yoga journey began in 2004, when she was looking for an alternative form of exercise to keep fit. Back when she was working a 9-5 job, Yoga was a way for her to enjoy her 1-hour “me time” on the mat and forget about her work-related stress. She would always leave each class calmer and happier. Fast forward a few years, she decided to take the leap of faith and trade in her pencil skirts for yoga leggings. In 2015, she completed her teacher training with Dr Venky’s Shivshakti Yoga Institute (International) India and has not looked back since.

Pamela loves to teach basic yoga and flow classes. She believes that one does not have to be the most flexible student to benefit from yoga. She wants her students to feel safe, have fun, and know that they are in a low pressure, judgement free space.

Out of the yoga studio, Pamela’s life revolves around dogs! She has a lovely, adopted Singapore Special and she volunteers at an Animal Welfare Group by fostering rescued puppies. That may be why she often has dog fur on her yoga attire.
