Growing up extremely shy with public speaking issues, Tavia never imagined one day being a spin instructor.
Tavia believes in thriving in discomfort and that the discipline to commit to change will eventually translate to success. Tavia had wanted to become confident and spin had helped her achieve that through her commitment to the exercise. Over the years, she has become her best example of working hard to overcome her worst fears.
Spinning in a dark room with good music and lights allows you to let loose and exercise freely. Also, mind over body, always. If you like progressive/tech house, R&B/Soul, your classic pop hits or a little bit of everything, come clip in!
